In 3.5 hours you will learn all about Thai herbs and spices and a secret of the homemade curry pastes. Pranee teaches you how to blend your own green, red and yellow curry pastes. Then you'll join in to make Gaeng Keow Wan Goong (prawn green curry); Kao Mok Gai (Phuket-style chicken and rice curry); and Phad Prik King Neu (stir-fried beef curry with seasonal vegetables). The class is an hand-on with a sit-down dinner with complimentary soup and dessert and homemade curry pastes to take home.

Healthy Chocolate Class, May 18

This is the class you’ve been waiting for! You’ll learn healthy ways to make one of the world’s most cherished foods. All of the chocolate will be sugar free- and no artificial sweeteners either.

We’ll make both dark and white chocolate, and have lots of fun and samples along the way. This will be a hands-on class so you can experience how easily healthy treats can be made.

As usual, this class will have nutritional information discussions so you can feel good about what you’re eating and help spread the word of good nutrition.

We are looking for like-minded interns and staff to help us bring the unique offering to the world. Our immersive, multi-disciplinary 90 day program begins with extensive testing, interviewing & analytics, immersion into an auto-immune protocol diet and implementation of an individually prepared holistic program with support from the MD/Functional Med.
