Two-day workshop $220 per person, for both days, includes recipe handouts, drinks and lunch

This two-day workshop is for the beginner and seasoned Rawists …

who wants …

• to make their RAW life easier
• to be successful with their RAW diet
• to learn how to make a variety of raw foods
• on-the-ready raw meals for a real meal … at home, at the office, on the road
• to cook raw meals for large families/groups
• instruction, guidance and hands on / practical experience in making raw food
• to learn raw meal-planning strategies with practical application
• nutrition information, biochemistry of food and the body
• knife skills, ‘cooking' techniques, cooking and kitchen tips and tricks

Here's the hour by hour outline for SUNDAY:

9am: A balancing morning drink available upon your arrival. Q and A. Overview of the workshop, the day, the recipes, machinery/gadgets, ingredients.

10am: 3 Cheese recipes

11am: 3 Sauce recipes

12pm – 2pm: Lunch with demo and sit-down discussion (We'll put the spiralizers to work and have Pad Thai and Thom Kha Soup, a very quick, easy and tasty raw meal. And, weather permitting we'll have a pool-side lunch/discussion.)

2pm: 3 Burger recipes

3pm: Q and A, clean up

4pm: Homeward bound, food purchases

Arrive at 8am to help out for an hour before class, help throughout the day (lunchtime, too), stay until 5pm to help out for an hour after class. The Rainbow – foods with color. We may have rain this week, so let's see all the colors of rainbow. (btw – this will be the night before the “Batch Cooking Made Easy” workshop)

Bring a dish, be creative, have some fun.

It'd be cool to write what you'll bring when you RSVP.

Let's share the leftovers, bring a to-go dish in hopes to fill it with others goodies.

• Soup: Creamy Carrot Ginger w/caraway and lime
• Entree: Moroccan Marinade over vegetables (slightly warmed)
• Dessert: Moroccan Cookies w/Anise, Sesame Seeds and Orange Blossom Water

Many people have asked me for quick and easy raw recipes…

* they want to incorporate more raw foods into their diet

Most recipes require a blender and/or food processor. Some recipes require dehydration.
