Hey everyone! I will be hosting a Paleo Potluck at my apartment building in the rooftop lounge. My building is 505 W 37th st. on the corner of 10th ave.

Dishes can be heated in the microwave upstairs in the lounge or if necessary in my oven in my apartment.

I'm looking forward to meeting some great paleo folks and enjoying some delicious food!!

Paleo Book Signing at Hu Kitchen with Diana Rodgers

Old World butchers from the East Village Meat Market will walk you through the process of butchering a 100% grass fed half steer provided by Producer Matrix partner Adirondack Grazer’s Cooperative.
