JUST ANNOUNCED! Limited number of seminar only tickets; $145 for Saturday/ $95 Sunday or $195 both days!

Whether you’ve been living a Paleo lifestyle for a while, have been interested but are yet to dip your toes in – or are looking for a way to finally improve your health and fitness – this is the weekend for you!

At the Paleo Weekend on 12th & 13th May 2012, you’ll be shown by leading experts how you can integrate a Paleo approach to your life.  This weekend will bring together the many aspects to this lifestyle giving you the skills to apply an evolutionary approach to your life.  You’ll learn the theory and science behind this nutritional approach, be shown how you can cook fantastic meals at home, learn practical skills you can use to revolutionise your fitness and have the opportunity to question the experts.

The Saturday and Sunday workshops, lectures and demonstrations will be presented by leaders in their field from Australia and New Zealand, giving you the opportunity to learn from a panel of experts in one life changing weekend.

The harbour view from Cockatoo Island

The setting for the inaugural Australian Paleo weekend is the exclusive Cockatoo Island, in Sydney Harbour.  Despite feeling peaceful and miles from anywhere, the island is in the middle of the beautiful Sydney Harbour, just an 8-minute ferry ride from the city.

The course includes an amazing Paleo lunch on both days.  Saturday evening concludes with an impressive Paleo dinner feast, also included in the ticket price.  This will give you the rare opportunity to socialise with others who share the same interest in health and fitness. Food is not included in the cost of the “Basic” seminar only tickets.

A strictly limited number of attendees have the opportunity to make their weekend even more special!  There is the unique opportunity to sleep on the island, in pre-erected tents (mattress and chair included), overlooking the harbour.  Camping, but without the hassle of putting up tents!  These attendees will arrive on the island on the evening of Friday 12th May to a welcome barbeque with the other over-night guests – and will also enjoy a cooked Paleo breakfast on both mornings.  After breakfast on the Saturday morning, those attendees not staying on the island will arrive, ready to start on the weekend’s agenda.

For an very small number of attendees there is the VIP option of Glamping – these are larger, luxury pre-erected tents with everything you could possibly want – beds, mattresses, sheets, bedding, towels, sunloungers, tables and cushions – all in a water front pitch with unrivalled harbour views.
