- 200 ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp linseed
- 2 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 banana
- 2 egg whites optional
- Honey to taste (optional)
Prepare the Egg Whites: Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk if using.
Blend the Ingredients: Transfer all the ingredients to your blender and whizz together until smooth.
