The Primitive Workout

Per request I am having another class and having it at a better time too! Join me for an hour of movement.
In this “workout” we will be utilizing your own bodyweight and natural movements to:
-Increase muscular strength and endurance
-Build stronger bones and connective tissue
-Increase range of motion and flexibility
-Start to undo the damage of years and years of sitting
-Get your heart rate up and cause some heavy mouth breathing
