Steak 101 at Local Yocal in McKinney

I can't make this one but I wanted you all to know that they are there.  

Matt and his team at Local Yocal are putting on Steak 101's again.  

These are great opportunities to meet local farmers and ranchers that are doing great work with our community.  

These events are broken out into three parts.  

1st  –  The basics of beef and its grading system (on the patio)

2nd  –  See the cuts back in the butcher shop

3rd – The taste test! The staff cooks the cuts you just learned about and you get to taste test everything from grassfed to waygu. 

This is well worth the trip north to visit our friends at Local Yocal!
