Join us for this Dialog Dinner
with Steve Fowkes, nutrition expert
and meals by Joni Sare, nutritional chef
Wednesday, May 26th, 6:30pm
Join us to get answers for your health question(s) and/or
join us to share your nutrition/health knowledge with the others.
I've decided to do a 3-course meal with Bison Meatloaf. YUM! … and, we'll serve Steve's up-and-coming famous brownies.
The evening's discussion will open with “healthy metabolism through ketosis” and flow into areas of interest from those at the table.
Why Dialog Dinners:
Hosting the Dialog Dinners brings me one step closer to having a restaurant, yet allows me to offer more – a featured guest with a group discussion that enables a growing and learning experience in an intimate setting. This brings the experience of eating out and having dinner with others to a whole new level.
The Dialogs this spring and summer will be diverse, including: nutrition, exercise, consciousness, poetry, music, sustainability, slow food and slow money. Featured guests – who sit at the head of the table and facilitate the conversation – will be authors, community leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, musicians and more.
This nutrition gathering (on May 26th) is for you… if you, a loved one or a client has a health challenge and you have questions, and/or have nutrition info to share with the group. Meaning to say that everyone is welcome, whether you are a patient or practitioner.
The discussions during this event will be open to any nutrition topic that is brought to the table.
The Nutrition Dialogs with Steve are consistently interesting and dynamic; past dialogs have had focus topics, such as:
* Ketosis, Coconut Oil and Mitochondrial Nutrition
* Insulin Resistance, Degenerative Diseases and Ketosis
* Ketosis and pH Balancing: Understanding Body Alkalinity
* Cellular Hydration and Potassium Utilization
* The Nutritional Basis of Happiness and Mood
* The role of fat-burning in well-being and longevity
