Intro to MovNat at Clark Farm

MovNat is a physical education & fitness system based on training the full range of our natural human movement skills and abilities. The MovNat system trains physical competence for practical performance.
The Workshop is suitable for beginner to advanced fitness levels. Our activities may include:
Barefoot running/rolling
Programming MovNat into your training
Expand your fitness toolkit with this new, fun and innovative approach to efficient movement that will accelerate your current training. MovNat skills apply to daily conditioning and combine well with yoga, CrossFit and other training methods. Movements will be scaled for injuries and varied athletic abilities and all ages.
