Fall Hike and Paleo Trail Mix Contest at McKinney Falls State Park

Join APLG for a fall hike through McKinney Falls State Park. We are also doing a Paleo/Primal trail mix taste-off! Bring your favorite homemade Paleo/Primal trail mix, enough to share with confirmed attendees to the hike. Useful tip: Pre-pack your samples into ziplock bags for easier tasting. The winner will be chosen by you and your piers!

McKinney Falls is close to Austin and has wonderful hiking trails and Onion Creek flows through it.

We will meet at the Upper Falls trail parking area. Enjoy a hike together and share some no-grain Paleo trail mixes. And don't forget warm clothes and water or other favorite hiking beverage.

McKinney Falls does have a $6 entrance fee. Children 12 and under are free.
