The ever popular Caveman Diet (also known at the Paleo, Primal or Stoneage Diet) is based on millions of years of evolution and is the way we should be eating; removing grains, legumes and dairy from our diet – and eating lots of whole, real foods instead.
I've written lots about the Caveman diet here on the Paleo Network, so you should be able to find all the information you're looking for. You can find out about the Caveman Diet here; and you might also find these posts interesting:

A caveman diet is not a fad diet, but a healthy lifestyle which can be followed for a lifetime. A caveman diet is easy, cheap and doesn’t require onerous counting and weighing of foods; nor will it leave you hungry and constantly thinking about food.
As well as weight loss, people following a caveman diet report many health benefits, as well as positive improvements in sleep, mood and stress levels.
You don’t have to be a good cook to successfully follow a caveman diet either, just a willingness to get organised and buy good quality food – and to ditch the processed food!
