I quite like the Mumu Grill in Crows Nest – lots of paleo options, and their meat is grass fed. Some meats are even slow cooked for 15 hours. The pork and lamb are delicious!

I recently found an amazing range of coconut oil products here in Australia. (Crazy, because I have known about this mans work for many years but had never related it to my own life and health.)

The brand is Niulife (pronounced new-life) produced by Kokonut Pacific. The website (www.niulife.com) has lots of great information about coconut oil, including health related articles and recipes. The large range of products (coconut oil, coconut flour, soap….and more.) are all Certified Organic and are Fair Trade. You can even buy bulk quantities of coconut oil….5, 10, 20 litres.

i have been taking goat’s cheese, and yoghurt daily, do i have to give it up? i follow the paleo diet strictly, except i haven’t bought grass fed meat or organic, yet. ( i can’t afford to yet, as i have a freezer full of meat, and living on the pension. ) Also i have seen conflicting information re potatoes- is it paleo ?
i have cut my sugar intake, today i bought i weakened and ate a slice of caramel cheesecake cake, and the results were amazing, don’t think i will that for long while (if ever).
