A delicious way of getting some sneaky green goodness into your diet, this Green Smoothie combines frozen banana and strawberries with almond butter, coconut milk, and spinach for a refreshing and nutritious drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 8 Strawberries Frozen
  • 30 g Almond butter
  • 250 ml Coconut milk
  • 250 g Spinach

Instructions

  • First, freeze a (peeled) banana and some strawberries overnight in the freezer.
  • Next, put the bananas, strawberries, almond butter, and coconut milk in the blender.
  • Then, fill the rest of the blender with spinach (kale would also work well, if you can get hold of it!).
  • Finally, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
