- Handful fresh coriander chopped
- 1 red onion diced finely
- 3 large ripe tomatoes diced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Splash of olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
Combine Ingredients: First, mix the chopped coriander, finely diced red onion, and diced tomatoes in a mixing bowl.
Add Lime Juice and Olive Oil: Next, add the juice of half a lime and a splash of olive oil to the mixture.
