Ingredients

  • Handful fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 red onion diced finely
  • 3 large ripe tomatoes diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Splash of olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients: First, mix the chopped coriander, finely diced red onion, and diced tomatoes in a mixing bowl.
  • Add Lime Juice and Olive Oil: Next, add the juice of half a lime and a splash of olive oil to the mixture.
  • Season: Then, season with sea salt to taste.
  • Mix and Transfer: Stir the ingredients together until well combined. Immediately transfer the salsa into a jar that you can serve from.
  • Store: The jar should last for a few days in the fridge, just make sure it's airtight.
