- 8 Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 Lime Juice of
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Pinch Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas mark 8. Yes, it's hot, but you like your drumsticks crispy, right!?
Slash the drumsticks with a sharp knife to allow the flavours to seep well into the meat.
In a bowl, mix the lime juice, honey, and spices. Rub onto the chicken with your hands to ensure an even coating.
Place the drumsticks on a baking tray and cook for 45 minutes, turning the chicken 2-3 times to cook evenly.
