- 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
- ½ cup pecan butter best when homemade!
- ½ cup coconut butter
- ½ cup raw cacao powder
- 100 ml maple syrup adjust to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lucuma powder optional
Combine Butters: With a fork, mix the pecan butter and coconut butter until well combined. If you don’t have coconut butter available, coconut oil can be used as a substitute, but you may want to use a little less.
Mix Ingredients: Whisk in the raw cacao powder until smooth. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lucuma powder (if using), and whisk well until thoroughly combined. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Prepare and Freeze: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture out evenly onto the tray. Transfer to the freezer for about an hour or until completely set.
Serve: Once set, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy the rich and decadent treat!
