Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix together the almond meal, eggs, coconut oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, basil, and salt until a dough forms. Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and press the dough evenly across the tray. Bake for 15 minutes until it starts to turn crispy.
Make the Sauce: While the crust is baking, combine the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, crushed garlic, and oregano in a saucepan. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then blend until smooth.
Cook the Meat: In a pan, heat some coconut oil and brown the beef and kangaroo steak slices. Set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pan, add a bit more coconut oil and sauté the onion, capsicum, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes for a few minutes until they start to soften.
Assemble the Pizza: Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the baked crust. Add the cooked meat and sautéed vegetables on top.
Bake the Pizza: Return the assembled pizza to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven, slice, and serve.
