Hi Suz.
My name is Khoji,
I am new to Paleo/primal lifestyle.
Although upon reflection i don't eat sugar, very little grains or dairy but love my meat, veggies and salads, I believe i'm a reasonably fit 47 year old surfer.

I have recently designed a product that will complement every one interested in the Paleo lifestyle and anyone interested in preventative natural health.
Its a toilet stool designed to allow the user to squat and sit at the same time.
I call it the easystool.

Its a fusion of West and East, Primal and Modern.
A stool that allows the most primal of postures; but this posture is not without scientific reason,(and here's the primal scientific fact).
Did you know that natural squatting posture of humans facilitates the relaxation of the puborectalis muscle around the anus. This allows free, easy and quick movement of the stools out.Pretty handy for pre-modern homo sapiens who face dangers at every level.
Allowing full defecation means the body has rid all wastes keeping in equilibrium the flora in the gut.

BUPA Australia in their Feb 2013 Members plus magazine had as the Top Common Hospitalizations; #1 gastroenterology-management of conditions affecting the digestive system including stomach and intestines.
Top 10 claims; 1,2,3 all relate to Abdominal surgery on bowel and pancreas (with complications requiring ICU). Claim amounts for these surgery amounted to a whopping $645020.00.

Made me think about not only what I am eating and lifestyle but also how we eliminate the waste. After all we are pursuing a holistic natural lifestyle and the logical conclusion to natural food is surely the natural elimination of that food.
The Easystool facilitates this primal human job.

Thanks Suz for a great page and if anyone would like to comment please do
