I am new to the Paleo world also - about a month and so far I have noticed how great I feel and if I listen to my body and go to bed at the right time, I bounce out at 5.30am.

Looking to find a healthy eating lifestyle plan I can take with me for the rest of my life and loose a few of those Italian kgs that I gained on holidays recently. Want to be in charge of my health and weight before age and time take over!!

I would appreciate some advice on what I can do to streamline the weightloss process. I am 40, 176cm, 69kgs. I have just started weight training 3 times a week, aside from spin class, fitball, some body balance, walking

I don't count calories or measure things because I don't want to become obsessed about it but I'm eating protein at every meal with salad, occasional sweet potato, dressings made from apple cider vinegar, pumpkin seeds etc. I have had nuts every day and berries but I fear I must give them up for a while... drinking 1.5-2 L of water every day.

Would love to hear any advice/comments.
