Get your winter workout on by playing outdoors. Field sprints then tire flipping…possibly some battle rope. Rain/snow/or shine so dress appropriately. I'll have organic espresso for anyone who needs a little jump start, just arrive a few minutes earlier.
I am a morning workout person because it's good to get it done and feel great the rest of the day. There might be some of you reading this who would love to attend but are not morning people. Feel free to throw around any suggestions in the comments so I can possibly change it up for next time.
