About Ivy and Paleo in Melbourne
Paleo in Melbourne is an inquiring and honest Paleo whole foods and lifestyle blog- with an active social media platform. PiM is written and managed by Ivy Thompson, a Melbourne-based mum of 3. Ivy founded the blog in 2011 to document her lifestyle changes and transformational health journey with Paleo-nutrition.
Paleo in Melbourne began as an outlet for Ivy’s food photography, musings about health and body-confidence, and a love for sharing relevant articles, services and products with like-minded people in her local area. Over time, PiM has evolved into not only being the go-to source for all things Paleo and Primal in Melbourne, but also an online and real life networking- and events-hub for workshops, classes, seminars and themed dinners.
PiM’s goal is to spread the word on the benefits of good Paleo whole foods nutrition by highlighting the most relevant books, services, products, practitioners, venues and events to our followers and readers. The blog is a way to inspire, share and educate on the many benefits, and sometimes challenges, of eating Paleo. Expect everything from heartfelt confessions to recipes, rants, interviews and book reviews.
You can find PiM on Facebook with the very popular page that will keep you in the loop with anything new from the international Paleosphere as well as updates from the PiM-blog and site.”
