Steak 101 at Local Yocal in McKinney

This is a great afternoon out.  Bring a bottle of wine or a 6 pack of cider and enjoy the great weather and some excellent grilled beef. 

I have done this class a few times and it is amazing.  Matthew is an excellent teacher.  He has a great story about how and why he started the butcher shop and is a great friend to the paleo community. 

The class is about two hours, with the first 30 minutes talking about grading of beef and how their store came into being.  Then you go into the butcher room and show you where the specific cuts of meat actually come off of cow.   Then the best part they cook it up and you get to sample!
