Seminar: Nutrient-Dense Animal Foods as the Keys to Vibrant Health

Chris Masterjohn offers a full day seminar on the role of fat-soluble vitamins (e.g., A, D, and K) in human health.

The presentation covers what modern science reveals about why the food practices of many non-industrialized cultures support vibrant health. Directly relevant to those interested in nutrition for healing, participants will learn to analyze claims about fats and disease, identify superior sources of fat-soluble vitamins, and assess and amend soils for improved nutrition.
