Self-Guided Tour of Polyface Farms

We completely dropped the ball on placing our Polyface order this month, so we decided to take advantage of the long weekend and visit the Salatin family farm in Staunton, Virginia. We'll be leaving Northern Virginia in the earliest AM we can muster to arrive around (hopefully) 10AM. A few hours to walk around and visit the farm then make a big purchase at the farm store before heading out to a nearby gluten-free Polyface serving restaurant and grocery, Cranberry's (http://www.gocranberr…) for lunch. If you can meet for either the farm or for lunch we'd love to caravan or simply meet-up. The weather is supposed to be great on Saturday and it's perfect timing to get some great meat for a Labor Day BBQ. It's a bit of a drive, but we're sure it'll be totally worth it!
