Resistance Training + Paleo with Fred Hahn (Slow Burn Fitness Revolution)

We've done a lot of events around food, so it's time for some fitness. Come hear author and fitness expert Fred Hahn speak on the importance of resistance training, and how effective resistance training relates to eating paleo. Maintaining or building your lean muscle mass is critical to health, whether you are a 67-year old grandmother or a 24-year old weight-lifter. Everybody is encouraged to come. (This will be a seminar, not an actual workout.)
