Primal workout, game, or competition

This week we're having an alternative to the standard workout. A member at CrossFit Central West End is leading a workshop on “self myofascial release,” that is, using objects such as tennis balls, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers to release tension in tissue, improve mobility, and correct joint organization


If the workshop ends early enough, those who are interested can stick around for a short workout.
