potluck: WAPF & paleo/primal peoples

AVOID POTLUCK PITFALLS!  Tips for potluck success:

RSVP for real here (RSVPs on this page don't fully count):

There is a limit to the number of RSVPs.  Please keep your RSVP promptly updated.  Changing from yes to no mere hours before an event doesn't effectively allow another person to RSVP, prep, cook, drive & attend.

Arrive on time! Arriving late at a potluck means the food may be gone, cool people gone, etc.

Newbies: please bring a paleo/primal/WAPF-friendly dish + printed recipe for allergic folks. We've had our share of “potluck freeloaders” and know what to look out for.  Sad… but true.  We will escort such diners out of the private home hosting kindly hosting this event.

From our hosts:

After a few month break, we are back to having potlucks. Our June 22nd meeting we will be at Julianne and Hai en's home in Lynnwood.

We will have general discussion and gathering beginning at 5pm with dinner to start at 6pm. Our discussion topic is “sprouting grains, beans, and greens.” Bring samples if you're a sprouter!

As always, please bring a nourishing foods dish or beverage (store bought OK!), and come for a time of socializing with the community interested in food, farming and healthy living through traditional foods.

Weston A Price. www.westonaprice.org We hope to see you there!
