The Native Nutrition Central Texas/Austin WAPF Chapter is having a potluck with a cod liver oil presentation by Dave Wetzel from Green Pastures. It will be held on Saturday April 21 at 2 pm at the Hillel/UT campus, 2105 San Antonio Street. Anyone is welcome to attend.
Dave Wetzel is coming down from Nebraska for our meeting and in addition to giving his interesting presentation on the history of cod liver oil, he will be offering discount rates on the purchase of Green Pastures products including fermented cod liver oil.
Participation in the potluck is optional. If you want to participate, bring a WAPF friendly dish and eating utensils. There are only microwaves available for heating so only bring items that can be served at room temperature. Also, our host requests NO PORK OR SHELLFISH please.
We will have the potluck first at 2 pm and the presentation should start about 3 pm. I am planning to bring some beef sausage and kefir grains to share.
