Pose (natural) Running and Endurance Workout

As I mentioned to some of you Thursday night, please come by and check out Lincoln Park CrossFit's Endurance Team workouts. I will be conducting drills and teaching Pose running method, which is a primal approach to running. After the drills we will do the first running workout of the week (6x400m).
