Potluck! If there's one thing this group does right, it's a potluck supper. This time we will have Mark Curtis of Golden Rule Meats grilling samples of his specially raised cattle. What's better than fresh grilled grass-fed beef!??!!?
And what's better to wash it all down with but gluten-free beer. Craft Brew Alliance, creator of Omission Lager & Omission Ale, has provided our Potluck with two cases of of their beer. Omission is available around town at such merchants as Schnucks and Dierbergs.
Please come and enjoy the warmth and camaraderie of PLSTL members. Bring your favorite dish, exchange recipes, discuss ideas and current happenings in the lifestyle. And let us celebrate three years of Primal Living STL!!!
Three years ago a small group of paleo enthusiast came together for the first ever meetup of Primal Living STL. Ironically, we met at Pi Pizzeria. As I recall, we ordered adult beverages and shared a sausage plate off the appetizer menu. We talked for several hours, very happy to find others who shared the same ideas about health and diet; others who had similar journeys to wellness and well-being.
I am grateful everyday for the community we have built here at PLSTL. Please join us to celebrate three years of over 500 members coming together to build a network of friends and cohorts who understand the joys and trials of an often misunderstood lifestyle.
