Paleo Kitchen Conservatory class, Sat. August 8th 10:30am

Hello Paleo community!
I'm a nutritionist new to the St. Louis area and am always working on assembling Paleo and traditional food preparation (WAP) classes. Next Saturday I am teaching a class at the Kitchen Conservatory and would love to meet some of you there. Plus, if you have any friends interested in this way of eating, it may be fun to bring them too. There will be a lot of information and great food to share.
