Eat Well, Feel Good Cooking: Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free
Diana Rodgers, NTP owner of Radiance Nutritional Therapy and Diane Frampton, author of Eat Well, Feel Good are thrilled to present Eat Well, Feel Good Cooking: Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Cooking Classes at the Community House of Hamilton and Wenham. Diana Rodgers with her husband also runs Green Meadows Farm producing organic produce and pastured chicken, pigs, and sheep!
Working with organic vegetables, grass-fed meats and healthy fats, you will learn how to prepare healthy meals that your whole family will love. Each class is $59, and include hands-on participation, tasting and Q&A at the end of class. All classes are 6:30-8:30pm

Entertaining Appetizers From simple to sophisticated, we'll make several appetizers to inspire you for the upcoming holiday season. Crab cakes, chicken wings, and bacon-wrapped dates are among the foods we'll be making. You'll feel confident bringing any of these dishes to a holiday party this season, and you won't feel guilty about the ingredients!
