Paleo 103 with Keith Norris + Paleo Potluck

Join us for food, socializing and an informal discussion! We will be talking about ways to reduce stress on the body through effective food and lifestyle choices. Examples of stress reduction include getting adequate sleep, testing yourself for inflammatory biomarkers, and maintaining a sense of calm and mindfulness throughout your day.

Keith Norris is an expert on strength and conditioning. He and his wife just put on PaleoFX here in Austin. However, what has struck me as most interesting is that he's always very calm — so let's find out the secrets to his success! 🙂

The discussion will be informal, with plenty of time for questions.

After the discussion, we'll have a paleo potluck. Feel free to bring your favorite paleo dish! Or, just bring yourself! There's usually plenty of food to go around.
