The Macklind Mile is coming up on the 30th. Since most of us primal folk don't do a lot of running, it can't hurt to work on our running (and sprinting) technique before the race. We wouldn't want a bunch of heel-strikers to represent the primal lifestyle, now, would we? We'll also cover some other natural movements and exercises that can usefully be incorporated into your warmups, training, and mobility work. And we'll play.
