Over the past two weekends we've had four great sessions covering ten of the twelve movements: walking, running, jumping, balancing, ground work, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing and catching.
This meetup will focus on defense, much of which is based on the Krav Maga method. We will also refine each of the previous ten movements. Anyone who missed them will have the opportunity to learn them here.
