MovNat Principles Part 2

What a fantastic set of meetups we had this past weekend! Thank you to all who attended and for the kind comments. MovNat has made a tremendous positive impact on my life and it was a true pleasure for me to share it with each of you. I'm looking forward to continuing this coming weekend!

I will be holding two sessions again, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday. Each will cover the same movements; lifting, carrying, throwing, climbing and self defense. For those of you who were unable to attend last week, we will also touch again on walking, running, jumping, balancing and groundwork and continue our discussion on diet and lifestyle.

Please RSVP if you will be attending and notice the time and location (9:30am at W86th and CPW). As always, this will be free of charge. I only ask that you do some of your own research into MovNat and come with an open mind.
