Move Naturally down the West Side

It's still nice and fairly warm, so let's get outside: Let's start at the top of Manhattan at Dyckman fields, and head down the west side! We'll run/jog down alongside the hudson until we reach Pier i cafe at 66th street! (they're open until mid October so this is the last chance of the season) Along the way we'll play with whatever we find for natural movement: lifting logs, throwing, climbing, crawling, balancing… I find that mixing up our movements is the best way to keep fresh in longer distance runs! from dyckman to the pier i is just over 7 miles, and from there we can grab a beer and lunch… (and if anyone is really ambitious, just keep going to the statue of liberty) Who's game?
