Meatza at Lou Malnati’s

A few of us talked about the majesty that is the sausage-crust meatza from Lou Malnati's. Either an after-work weeknight dinner or a weekend lunch might be nice for this, as the pizzas about 30 minutes to get after you order them. I'm open any weeknight but Thursdays and any weekend day. Ideas for times/dates? Matt?
