Make Friends with Offal! Cooking Demonstration Class

I’m excited to announce the first offal cooking demonstration class, designed specifically for the Melbourne Paleo Meet Up group!

We all know offal is highly nutritious and important to incorporate in our diets, however there’s so much trepidation about preparing offal dishes.

This interactive cooking class will provide you with five different offal meal ideas that are sophisticated yet simple and easy to replicate at home. You will develop a better understanding of the art of offal cooking. We have partnered with Matt Baker from Whe-Eat, who is a qualified horticulturist and chef. Matt has a passion for local, sustainable food, and sharing life’s simple pleasures around a table with great food and company.

Dishes include: Chicken Pate, Pickled Tongue, Grilled Brains, Veal Sweet Breads, Baked Italian tripe

All dishes will be gluten free, dairy free and grain free. However, please let us know if you have additional dietary requirements.

There are only 12 spots available, so book now to secure your spot!

The class will be held at the LG kitchen at the South Melbourne Market. Parking is limited to 2 hours around the market, however there will be breaks to allow people to move cars and there’s good public transport options available (recommended!)
