Luke and Scott from ‘My Kitchen Rules’ Book Launch – ‘Clean Living Cookbook’

Luke and Scott to Launch their ‘Clean Living Cookbook’ at the THR1VE ‘Paleo-to-Go’ Restaurant in the Melbourne Emporium. Luke Hines and Scott Gooding, the personal trainers from Bondi in Sydney who captivated viewers on the hit TV show ‘My Kitchen Rules’ with their innovative take on healthy, delicious eating have just published their second book ‘Luke and Scott: Clean Living Cookbook.’ They will be signing their book at the THR1VE Paleo-to-go restaurant in the Café Court on Level 3 of the new Melbourne Emporium (opposite Jimmy Grants) from 12.00pm – 2.00pm on Thursday, 12 June. Luke and Scott are regular THR1VE customers and recommend THR1VE to their clients. Their book is well aligned with the THR1VE menu and philosophies: high protein, low carbohydrates, always gluten free and no added sugar, with scientifically proven ingredients designed to help customers look, feel and perform their best. This diet has several benefits. The food is easier for the body to digest; it builds muscle and reduces fat so you can lose weight sustainably; and you will have much more energy. Importantly, the food is delicious, served in minutes, and is great value for money. Luke and Scott published their first book, ‘Luke & Scott: Clean Living’ on planning a healthier lifestyle in November 2013. In the new ‘Clean Living Cookbook’ they have compiled a choice of healthy recipes for cleaner and a healthier living. Luke and Scott say, “Life is all about choices. We all have the choice to have a body that is as fit and well as it can be. This can be achieved through optimal training, clean nutrition and adopting a positive lifestyle.” The Clean Living Cookbook provides a clear understanding of the Clean Living philosophy along with recipes that will stimulate your taste buds, change your eating habits and put you firmly on the path to clean living and good health. To meet Luke & Scott and learn more, attend the public book signing at the THR1VE Paleo-to-go restaurant in the Café Court on Level 3 of the new Melbourne Emporium (opposite Jimmy Grants) from 12.00pm – 2.00pm on Thursday, 12 June.
