Our conversations will include paleo/ancestral, Bulletproof, South Beach and similar diets. Chef Joni will teach cooking methods so that you are able to create your very own simple tasty healthy meals. Learn how to think like a chef, know the basics to create your own successful meals.

These classes are offered through the Los Gatos Saratoga Recreation Center.

Instructor: Chef Joni Sare's fare is known for being simple with a sophisticated spin. She has been cooking professionally for eight years as a therapeutic personal chef, caterer and instructor. She graduated from the esteemed Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts as a Nutrition Educator and Natural Chef.

Additional Information

Bring 2 food containers to package your cooked food. There is a $45 materials fee for the 3-class session, and $30 materials fee for the 2-class session, due to the instructor at the first class.
