L’art du Deplacement and Le Methode Naturelle

Alright I'm back and ready to pick up classes/meet ups again.

This week we will do some conditioning through movement. I'm not going to do a full on conditioning because it seems to turn people off. So we will practice vaults, balance, landings, rolls, and hopefully some wall runs.

Everyone wear light comfortable clothing as we will be in the heat and moving through full range of motion. I suggest minimalist shoes or some sort of light trainer, but if you would like to start your barefoot training you can join me. Also bring plenty of water or at least a water bottle to fill at the water fountains.
