Through a live demonstration with The Raw Store butcher extraordinaire watch as he skilfully breaks down a whole lamb and chicken, talking through each cut and the appropriate cooking method for each. Improve your knife skills and learn how to manage the lesser known cuts of meat.

Also included is a taste test of a slow cooked lesser cut of meat.
