We'll be exploring Mov Nat principles (natural movement techniques) to reclaim our human capabilities to adapt and play in any environment. 

We'll be honing our skills in running, jumping, climbing, crawling, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, balancing, etc… all through mindful exercises, imaginative games, and obstacle courses.
