Join Sally Fallon Morell, author of Nourishing Traditions:  The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats, for three days of programming including lectures, seminars and workshops in which she will explain and demonstrate the importance of organic farming, pasture-fed livestock and a diet of traditional foods.
