Fermented Foods Workshop – What, Why, and How!

In this month's Fermented Foods Workshop (FFW), we'll go over pickling garlic or onion (which does incredible things to their flavor profiles!), Spicy Garlic Dilly Carrots (a crisp and delicious snack that's super easy to make), and finally, the world famous GINGER ALE!!! YES, THE CLASSIC FERMENTED FIZZY TONIC! DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO TAKE A BOTTLE HOME!!!

Also, if you attended the last FFW, please message me when you register and I'll be sure to set aside a little bonus for you! 😉

Cost for this meetup is:

$10 – covers cost of prepared fermented foods for sampling as well as printouts of all recipes and tips for safe fermentation

OR

$20 – all of the above, PLUS all supplies necessary to start your own fermented foods right along with us during the class, which you'll then be able to bring home to finish the fermentation process and enjoy with your friends and family later!

Because Meetup only allows for one cost level, please let me know in your RSVP if you're interested in the “Do it yourself” level and I'll be sure to bring the supplies for you; the other $10 to cover the difference can be paid in cash when you arrive at the workshop!

Message me directly if you have any questions! I'm excited to see you all and stoked to get the group back up and rolling!

NOTE: THIS IS A SHARED MEETUP AND WILL INCLUDE ATTENDEES FROM SELF-SUSTAINABLE AND SELF RELIANT AS WELL AS STL FITNESS ALLIANCE! Don't worry, they're cool too, I promise!
