This fermentation workshop will feature:
-Samplings of 3 fermented foods
-A Demo of how to make one of those products
-Take home recipes for each of our sampled foods
-A general overview handout of basic fermentation guidelines and safety in general
-A general overview of the benefits and types of fermentation and pickling
-Q&A to answer any questions you have about fermentation
As a fermentation fan of 2 years now, I'm no guru, but I've become obsessed and it's become a huge part of my life. The difference fermented foods made for my Bipolar disorder and my vitality in general are undeniable and powerful, and I'm stoked to take a day to share the joy of “hyper-micro farming” to YOUR kitchen!
