GOOD TO KNOW

Regarding Bookings…

Bookings must be purchased individually. If you'd like to share a room with someone you know, please have the 2nd person complete a booking using their account. We will reach out following each booking to determine room preference.

Regarding Palazzo Mannocchi…

The castle (Palazzo Mannocchi) is not a hotel. It is a residence owned by a local family that is opening it to our group. Air conditioning and daily maid service are unavailable. However, the property stays relatively cool and we expect mild temperatures during the first week of June. There are 32 total bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, which means bathrooms will be shared.

Nevertheless, be prepared for an amazing week with fellow paleo enthusiasts. We trust that you will walk away with from this trip with refreshing insights and new life-long friends. We're thrilled to have you join us and we can't wait to share this experience with you!

Regarding Your Arrival in Rome…

Please book your flights so that you arrive (at the lastest) by Sunday Morning in Rome (FCO). We will have a private departure leaving downtown Rome at 2:30PM. We are also negotiating rates with a hotel, should you chooose to arrive Friday or Saturday in Rome. Stay tuned for updates.
