Bill the Butcher sharpens their knives! Our Shops are starting monthly Butcher Demos to share the meat knowledge & love of all things meat. Join us at these after-hours classes to learn more about cuts, cooking methodology and just see our Butchers demonstrate their knife skills.

Our Butcher teams will take you through breaking down a whole Lamb. From neck to shanks, you will learn about Lamb cuts and cooking methodology. Register for a Demo in the shop with purchase of a $25 Bill the Butcher Demo Ticket. At the event use the ticket towards a purchase from the meat case.

Thursday, June 19th at 7pm at our Bill the Butcher – Redmond Shop. Whole Hog 101 Butcher Bobby will tackle a whole hog and talk pork!Call <a>[masked]</a> or stop in the shop to register.   

Thursday, June 26th at 7pm at our Bill the Butcher – Wallingford Shop. Sausage Making 101 Butcher Chris will lead a class on the art of making sausage.Call <a>[masked]</a> or stop in the shop to register for this one.
