CrossFit Intro Session

CrossFit curious? Here's the cure.

Chris LaLanne of LaLanne fitness has graciously offered to scale his free one-on-one intro session for a small group of NorCal Paleo peeps. This will involve establishing your baseline fitness and then experiencing a CrossFit style workout. Once completed this will also enable you to enroll in one of their programs.

We're shooting for a maximum of 10 people, so please only RSVP if you're sure you can make it. There will be a waiting list if it fills up but unfortunately this will not guarantee a spot.

Plan on arriving at noon, filling out the appropriate paperwork, and then starting around 12:30pm.

Attire should be gym appropriate. A towel and water bottle are suggested.
